2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Age Requirement

Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the
time of entry AND at the time of prize claim.

Sponsor reserves the right to require age verification prior to
prize delivery.

Anyone under 18 years of age is not eligible to participate or win.

2.2 Residency
------------------------------------------------------------

Open to U.S. and international participants where legally permitted.

U.S. participants may receive prizes via:
  - Cash App
  - PayPal
  - Venmo

International participants must:
  - Have a PayPal account capable of receiving international USD
    transfers
  - Reside in a country where PayPal is supported
  - Not be prohibited by local law

International prizes are delivered via PayPal (USD only).

2.3 Payment Limitations

If a prize cannot be delivered due to platform restrictions,
account limitations, or regional/legal restrictions:

  - For Main Giveaway and I Spy: an alternate winner may be selected
  - For Whatƒ?Ts in the Box?: the prize will be rolled forward into
    the next Box cycle

at the Sponsor's discretion.

3. PROMOTION STRUCTURE

The channel operates on repeating two-week Main Giveaway cycles,
with mini-games running alongside them.

3.1 Main Giveaway

- Opens when a bi-weekly Giveaway video is posted
- Remains open for approximately two (2) weeks
- Closing time is announced via:
    - Video description
    - Pinned comment
    - Community post

Entries submitted after the official closing notice are not eligible.

One or more winners may be selected per cycle.
The number of winners and prize structure may change between cycles
and will always be disclosed prior to selection.

3.2 I Spy Challenge

- Typically runs during Week 2 of each Main Giveaway cycle
- Opens when the I Spy video or Short is posted
- Closing time is announced in the video, description, pinned comment,
  or Community post

3.3 What's in the Box?
------------------------------------------------------------

- A recurring mini-game running independently of the Main Giveaway
- One mystery item is selected and locked before the first Box video
  of a cycle
- Prize increases by $10 USD each week until correctly guessed
- New Box videos may be posted multiple times per week

If the prize cannot be awarded, it will roll forward into the next
Box cycle.

Sponsor may release hints if the item is not guessed after multiple
weeks.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Each person may submit up to two (2) entries per cycle:

   - One comment on the bi-weekly Giveaway video

Multiple comments or submissions do NOT increase odds.

Participants may submit unlimited guesses, provided:
  - Only one (1) guess per comment
  - All instructions in the specific I Spy video are followed

4.3 What's in the Box?

- One (1) guess per person per Box video
- Only the first valid guess per person on each Box video counts
- Edited comments are NOT eligible
- Guesses must be one specific, clearly identifiable item

Examples:

  "headphones"
